Welcome Home Candles values it's customers and we take great pride in our products and we do our best to assure a quick and safe delivery of your order. However I lose all control once your package leaves my hands, so we highly reccomend that you purchase insurance or delivery confirmation for your package. It is not expensive but it is well worth your while. I can not be held responsible for any lost or broken items once your package leaves my hands. I wish I could personally hand deliver each one! But since I can not, PLEASE be sure to add either delivery confirmation or insurance to your package to protect your order.
